While New Zealand is home to some beautiful waterfalls, there are a number of stunning waterfalls in places like Canada and South Africa. In Canada, the largest waterfall is called Niagara Falls. It sits on the border between Canada and the United States of America. Thousands of tourists flock (go) to Niagara Falls every year to see the falls and to have their picture taken in front of this natural wonder. Over the past few years people have started taking ‘selfies’ and posting them online. Do you ever take selfies?
For this activity, choose one of the following three selfies. From left to right: Selfie #1, Selfie #2, Selfie #3
On your blog, write a short story about what you think is happening in the picture. Be sure to tell us where you think the people are and what you think they were doing at the time that they stopped to pose for the selfie. To earn full points, the story must be 8 – 10 sentences long.
This is Judy. Judy has gone on a holiday for her birthday. For Judy's birthday, her and her friends went to Mexico at her sister Ava's house. Judy's birthday was a day away so all the girls weren't really around her and she knew for sure that her friends were out getting her gits for her birthday.
The next morning Judy got out of bed and got ready for the day. She walked into the kitchen and saw that Ava had made breakfast but she was not found anywhere in the house. Judy began to eat her breakfast and saw a note from Ava. "Dear Judy, Glad your finally up sleepy head. Happy Birthday. I have gone out to get you something special. Please meet me and your friends at 3 on Lana's roof. Sincerely you sister <3.
Around 2:48 Judy changed into a casual look for her birthday because she wasn't in the mood for anything fancy. She started walking and she stopped into a cafe to get a coffee. She soon arrived at Lana's and no one was there so she decided to check the roof. She went up and was surprised. Her friends and including her sister surprised her for her birthday. Judy thanked everyone. Later on, she took a photo of her self and the view of buildings in Mexico.

What an amazing sister too throwing a surprise party - Have you had a surprise party before?
My friend did a surprise party for me one year - I don't really like to have birthday parties on my brithday but this was pretty cool and I will always remember it :)
