Life cycle on butterfly

A few days ago we read a book about monarch butterflies. When we finished reading we had to draw a life cycle of a monarch butterfly. They have four stages in a life cycle.A monarch butterfly can live for 60 to 70 days in life.In a butterfly life cycle a butterfly would start off with an egg, then its second stage is a larva which is a caterpillar, the third stage is a pupa which is a chrysalis, then it last stage is a beautiful butterfly.

I love my family do you??

😍😍😍😍

..My Family..

My Family care for me a lot and most of the times I do not listen. We are all Maori which is why I chose this photo of my cousin my brothers and I of us trying to do the pukana. But my brothers and I have two cultures which are half Maori and half Samoan I have another sister but apparently she is my half sister which got me upset cause I have always wanted a sister with the same blood as me.She is Tongan and Maori,I have only three cousins that go to my school, there names are Brazie Tyress and Ariel, and I have two uncles that go as well Tyron and Ocean I know right very young. And my two brothers Louis and Daniel go there as well.My family is special because they raised me, not as a good child but the right kind of person, and I love them just the way they are.

UGH PEST THESE DAYS!!!

This is my drawing of a lice.I started drawing this last term and out inquiry topic was on pest, so I decided to draw something like this I was going to do something but I thought of a pest that bothers all of us the most LICE, they are very annoying to us and are spreading across the world.Well anyways I was drawing this with one of my good friends Fakaola, she also joined to draw this but it was her idea in the first place.

Scientist!!!

Scientist are detectives that try to solve mysteries of nature. They try all 5 senses to find out what lives, the world, and the universe is up to.Scientist are very smart people they will work together and work everyday. Some of my family wants to be a scientist when they grow up and I believe that he will be one.

Moa?

You might be thinking who is this......

This is Alice her full name is Alice McKenzie she was born on 19th February 1873 this picture is her in her 80's, she has now passed away. She was the last person to see a moa in 1880, when she told her parents they wouldn't believe her so she showed her father the footprint to this mysterious bird.He measured it with a centimetre ruler and it was only 28 cm.This was a moa. This was a little bush moa about 130 cm. This was very interesting and I learnt a lot from this book.
